Warranties
All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in
accordance with the manufacturer's warranties but not against mishandling or
uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on
the manufacturer's policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same
stock number, color and size.
Return Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call Action Sporting Goods, Inc. at
(512) 610-2024 for a Return Authorization. The return item must be in its original
condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a
prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased
with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. Items
that are dropped shipped might be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%
depending on the manufacturer's policy. We will refund shipping charges on
incorrectly shipped merchandise. We encourage you to insure any returned
merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. (See separate
policy for Bat Returns below.)

All returned checks will be charged $25.00.
Bat Warranties
Wood bats carry no warranty or guarantees.
